i stayed for 7 nights and it was enjoyable.

Great communication before and throughout the stay. The host sent us a video before our arrival with key location information. The apartment had all cooking facilities and comfortable beds. The shower was great and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We also appreciated the little welcome gift of wine and water. The location was convenient with a supermarket right across the road. it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely consider returning on our next visit to the area.

The building seemed to be undergoing some construction work, although we didn't see many workers. The pool area also needed to be redone or deep cleaned, as there were broken beds and it didn't open until 10am, which was inconvenient.

The balcony with pool views was a real treat. It felt like having my own private oasis, where I could sip my morning coffee and observe the world below. The tranquil atmosphere and refreshing breeze created the perfect ambiance for relaxation. It was truly enchanting.

Drains/sewer smell occasionally.

The apartment is situated between two main avenues, which can result in some noise disturbance.

The apartment had everything one can need. Cooking oil, salt, spices, plenty of bathroom products including sunscreen. Close to both Playa Los Cristianos beach and Playa Las Americas. Plenty of grocery shops and cafes nearby.

Felt like home, no complaints.

También fue genial que pudiéramos estacionar nuestras bicicletas en el hotel de forma segura. La limpieza de la habitación era impecable y las instalaciones del hotel eran excelentes. El desayuno ofrecía una amplia variedad de opciones y estaba delicioso. Por último, el personal del hotel fue extremadamente amable y servicial durante toda nuestra estancia.

One key for the pool access was a bit inconvenient for a group of 4. Having a second key would have been ideal.
